1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Orbivagus game, published by Seraya, and of the www.orbivagus.com website. Creating an account means accepting these terms.

2. Beta version

The game is in beta: it changes often, may contain errors and may be temporarily unavailable. Games saved in your browser may not survive some updates.

3. Account

Accounts are created with an email address, without a password: a one-time code is sent at each sign-in. You are responsible for access to your mailbox. You can delete your account at any time from the game.

4. Nickname and leaderboard

• Your nickname is public. It must not be offensive, discriminatory or misleading, or impersonate someone else.
• Daily challenge scores are recomputed by the server from your itinerary. Any attempt to distort the leaderboard (abusive automation, deliberate exploitation of a flaw) is prohibited.
• Seraya may change a nickname, remove a score or suspend an account that does not follow these rules.

5. Game content

Timetables, prices and emissions are game values given for information only: they must not be used to organise real travel.

6. Intellectual property

The game and its content belong to Seraya, except third-party content under free licences credited in the legal notice.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. Seraya strives to keep it available and secure, without being able to guarantee this at all times.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may change; the online version prevails. They are governed by French law.
